Privacy Policy

PDF files you convert. RasterMint processes selected PDF files locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or retain the contents of those files on our servers as part of normal conversion.

Waitlist information. If you join a waitlist or otherwise submit your email address through the site, we collect the email address you provide, along with basic metadata such as the source of the signup and the submission timestamp.

Usage and device data. If analytics is enabled on the site, we may collect information about visits and site usage, such as pages viewed, browser type, device information, approximate location, referrer data, and interaction events. We currently use Google Analytics for this purpose when configured.

We use information we collect to:

• operate and improve the site;
• measure traffic and product usage;
• respond to support or legal requests;
• manage interest lists, waitlists, or launch notifications you opt into;
• protect the service against abuse, fraud, or misuse.

We do not use uploaded-to-browser PDF content for advertising, profiling, model training, or resale. The normal conversion flow runs on your device and is not designed to send your document contents to our backend.

That said, you remain responsible for the device, browser, extensions, or network environment you use. If your own environment is compromised, that is outside the scope of what this site can control.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only where needed to operate the site.

• Google Analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google may receive usage data as described in its own privacy and analytics documentation.
• Waitlist processing. If you submit your email through a waitlist form, that information may be forwarded to Google-hosted infrastructure currently used to process and store waitlist entries.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users, rights, or the security of the service.

If Google Analytics is enabled, cookies or similar technologies may be used to help us understand traffic and usage patterns. We do not intentionally send email addresses or document contents to Google Analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may also use available browser tools or extensions to limit analytics tracking.

PDF content handled during conversion is not stored by us as part of the normal browser conversion flow.

Waitlist submissions and related signup records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage launch communications, operate the service, or satisfy legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize records earlier at our discretion.

If you no longer want us to keep your waitlist email or want to ask about information associated with your signup, contact us at luzhenyi001@163.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

RasterMint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and publish the revised version on this page.
