Terms of Use

RasterMint provides browser-based PDF to PNG conversion and related informational pages. Some features may be free, some may be experimental, and some may be announced before they are fully launched.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or abuse the service;
• upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
• introduce malware, automation abuse, or harmful code.

You are solely responsible for the files and other content you choose to process through the site. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.

Because the core conversion flow operates in your browser, you remain responsible for your local environment, browser extensions, operating system security, and device configuration.

If you voluntarily provide an email address to join a waitlist or receive launch updates, you authorize us to use that contact information for those communications.

You can request removal from the waitlist or ask us to delete your signup information by contacting luzhenyi001@163.com.

The site, branding, design, copy, and software components we make available through RasterMint are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service itself.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to keep any feature available indefinitely.

RasterMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every file, browser, or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RasterMint and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum amount required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RasterMint and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
